Scope
In 2021, the prime music team aimed to streamline their product offering to enhance customer experience. At that point, prime customers were limited to a rotating catalog featuring up to 2 million songs on demand. The objective was to radically transform the offering, granting customers complete access to 300 million songs – while shifting the music playback to exclusively ad-free shuffle playback.

In 2021, the prime music team was looking to simplify their product offering to increase customer experience. At the time, prime customers could only listen to a rotating catalog with up to 2 million songs on demand. The goal was to dramatically change the offering to give customers full access to 300 million songs - with the caveat of the music playback now being only ad-free shuffle playback.
